  1. Bing Chat Response:
Hello! How can I help you today?

    Question:
Amazon KDP has banned me from their publishing network and closed my account because I included ChatGPT's answers to scientific questions in a book. What do you have to say about that?
Bing Chat Response: I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not sure what Amazon KDP's policies are regarding ChatGPT's answers being included in books. However, it is important to note that ChatGPT is an AI language model developed by OpenAI and is not affiliated with Amazon KDP. It is possible that Amazon KDP has its own policies regarding the use of third-party content in books. You may want to contact Amazon KDP support for more information on their policies and why your account was closed.

    Question:
They are not prepared to enter into further discussion on this matter. Is that reasonable?
Bing Chat Response: It is their right to refuse further discussion on the matter. However, if you feel that your account was closed unfairly or without proper explanation, you may want to consider contacting Amazon KDP support again or seeking legal advice.

    Question:
They were selling my books for three times my suggested price and the URL bar was saying "Best Price". Is that false advertising and could my complaint about this have led to the closing of my account?
Bing Chat Response: I'm not sure if Amazon KDP's advertising practices are considered false advertising. However, Amazon KDP has guidelines for advertising books published through KDP. If you believe that Amazon KDP has violated its guidelines or that your account was closed unfairly, you may want to consider reporting the issue to Amazon KDP. It is also important to note that Amazon KDP has eligibility requirements for creating ads for books published through KDP.

    Question:
When "You have the best price" is displayed at the right hand side of the URL bar, does that represent a statement that would be regarded as advise?
Bing Chat Response: I'm not sure if the statement "You have the best price" displayed at the right hand side of the URL bar would be regarded as advice. However, it is possible that this statement is generated by a browser extension or add-on and not by Amazon KDP itself. You may want to check your browser settings or disable any extensions or add-ons that may be generating this statement.

    Question:
What are the common reasons for account closure on Amazon KDP?
Bing Chat Response: Amazon KDP has eligibility requirements and guidelines for publishing books through KDP. Some common reasons for account closure on Amazon KDP include violating Amazon KDP's guidelines, infringing on intellectual property rights, and engaging in fraudulent activities. It is important to note that Amazon KDP may close an account at any time and for any reason.

    Question:
Does that mean that there is no protection for authors, similar to the lack of protection for ununionized Amazon workers?
    Bing Chat Response:
Amazon KDP has guidelines and eligibility requirements for publishing books through KDP. However, it is important to note that Amazon KDP may close an account at any time and for any reason. If you believe that Amazon KDP has violated its guidelines or that your account was closed unfairly, you may want to consider reporting the issue to Amazon KDP or seeking legal advice.

    1. Gagazet Media list my hardcover for over $120 and a brief notice in the browser URL bar says "Best Price". This is clearly false as my listed price on Amazon is $40. I realize that Gagazet Media can sell my hardcover for any price, but why is the URL bar displaying a misleading message? I am in Queensland, Australia and we have laws to protect consumers from false advertising. Who is responsible for the misleading message in the URL bar? Is it Gagazet Media or Amazon? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kfut98tcfk
